Shipping and returns

When you make a purchase on the Palmarès Store platform, the order is forwarded to our network of selected partners. Once the partners have completed the preparation of the order, you will receive a final confirmation.

Afterwards, your order will be carefully packed and shipped directly from the store to your address. In case you have purchased multiple items, they may be sent separately from different stores.

Shipping Times
The order will be processed and shipped as soon as possible. Standard shipping times are 3-5 working days. However, for customized or made-to-order items, shipping times may extend up to 20 working days. The Seller undertakes to communicate, before the purchase confirmation, the expected delivery times for each individual product. In any case, the Seller undertakes to ship the order within 30 working days from the purchase confirmation.

Consumer Information
The Seller undertakes to provide clear and timely information on packaging and shipping times via the product sheet, during the checkout phase and via order confirmation email. In the event of any delays, the Seller will promptly inform the consumer and provide alternatives in the event of product unavailability or delay in shipping times.

Delivery Services
Customers have the option to choose between different shipping methods, with additional costs that will be displayed before payment. The customer can also choose to authorize an alternative delivery method (for example, delivery to a neighbor or a collection point).

Risk and Responsibility
The risk associated with shipping is transferred to the customer upon delivery, and PALMARES Store will not be responsible in any way for damages or losses resulting from the delivery methods.

Liability in case of delay
In the event that the Seller is unable to meet the indicated delivery deadline, the consumer has the right to terminate the contract and obtain a full refund, including any shipping costs, within 14 days of the request.

Geographical Limits
PALMARES Store Enables shipping only to certain geographic areas. For some remote areas, deliveries may not be possible.


Return and Refund Policy


Right of withdrawal
In accordance with European legislation, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, the consumer has the inalienable and unwaivable right to withdraw from these contracts within 14 days from the day of delivery of the goods (fourteen calendar days) for any reason and without having to provide any justification.
As above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or used, have all tags attached, and be in the original packaging.
In the case of spare parts or accessories, their eventual assembly or use will alter the condition of the object, which can no longer be considered "New", but "Used" or "Used - with signs of use".
The same applies to bicycles that cannot be returned if used. As indicated in the Terms and Conditions of this site (Regulations), the Seller reserves the right to reduce the amount refunded based on the loss of value of the product or to reject the return and not accept it in the event of signs of use, even minimal.
Additionally, you will need your receipt or proof of purchase.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that are no longer suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, if opened.
Each individual Seller on this Marketplace is an independent and autonomous company, the methods of management and acceptance of returns may vary based on the type of products and internal organizational processes of the selling company, but always in compliance with Directive 97/7/EC and Directive 2011/83/EU

Right of Withdrawal for Non-EU Buyers
If you are a buyer residing outside the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason, within 14 days from the date on which you received the product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send a clear and unequivocal communication directly to the Seller regarding your decision to withdraw from the contract, using the contact details provided on our site.
In this regard, the provisions of this Return Policy under the heading "Return Procedures for Non-EU Orders" apply.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or used, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging, with all bags, labels, instructions, and anything else that came with the package. It must be free of signs of use, washing, or assembly. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
The same applies to bicycles that cannot be returned if used. As indicated in this Returns Policy, the Seller reserves the right to reduce the amount refunded based on the loss of value of the product or to reject the return and not accept it in case of signs of use, even minimal.
In case of defective or non-compliant product, the return costs are borne by the Seller.

Return Policy
The return of products must be made exclusively via courier or postal service, at the customer's choice. It is strongly recommended to use a standard shipping service with tracking, as the sender will be entirely responsible for any damage, loss, delay or non-delivery. The return costs (including shipping and packaging costs) are the responsibility of the customer.


Return Policy for Extra EU Orders
Before proceeding with the return as indicated in this policy under the heading "Return Procedures", the customer is required to check with the competent authorities of his/her country the possibility of obtaining a refund of any taxes or VAT paid upon importation.
When completing the customs forms (CN22 and/or CN23), it is essential to declare the goods as "Returned goods – Failed sale" and attach these documents to the outside of the package.
It is recommended that you carefully follow the instructions on this page.
In the event of errors or omissions in the customs declaration that result in the application of duties or charges to the Seller, the package will be rejected, blocked in customs or returned to sender, with additional shipping costs to be paid by the customer.
Returns will be accepted only if the product complies with the return conditions, without signs of use. Each item may be subjected to a careful check to verify its integrity. If signs of use are found, the return will be refused.


Refund by Seller

Sellers are obliged to respect the return policy and to refund the Buyer, within 14 days of receiving the return, through the same payment method used by the Buyer.
Following the return of the goods, if the product does not meet the conditions required for the return, the Seller reserves the right to reduce the amount refunded based on the loss of value of the product.
Once the seller has received and inspected your return, we will notify you to let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original payment method within 14 business days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer, unless the product is defective or not as described.


Intervention of the Platform

In the event of any disputes regarding returns, the Sales Platform may intervene to resolve the matter, but the final decision will be made in accordance with applicable laws.


Damages and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there is any defect or damage or if you received the wrong item. This way, we can assess the problem and work to resolve it.


Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made products (e.g. special orders or personalized items) and personal care products (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Substitutions
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you received and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.

Products under warranty
For new goods, the duration of the Manufacturer's legal guarantee is two years and starts from the delivery of the goods. It covers only defects existing at the time of delivery, and original defects of conformity and/or functioning that appear within 24 months following delivery, while any subsequent defects are excluded (for example if due to use, lack of or poor maintenance, replacement with non-original spare parts, etc.).
For used goods, the seller and the buyer may agree to provide for a shorter period of liability but, in any case, not less than one year.
The person responsible for the application of the guarantee cannot be the Sales Platform in any way. The buyer must contact the Seller directly for the application of the guarantee.
In this regard, PALMARÈS Store reminds you to keep the receipt issued by the Seller for the entire duration of the official manufacturer's warranty.


Conditions of Application of the Warranty
The warranty period may vary based on specific exceptions. For example, lithium batteries used to power high-powered devices, such as headlights, are only warranted for a period of 6 months, as they are considered wear and tear components.
Products that show damage caused by natural wear and tear or deterioration, such as tires, brake cables, pads, chains, cassettes, batteries and the like, as well as food products such as supplements or drinks, are not covered by the warranty.
The warranty will not be valid in the event of incorrect installation of the product, inadequate maintenance, abuse, negligence, improper or fraudulent use of the product, nor in the event of unauthorized modifications or attempted repairs.
The warranty is personal and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.
If an item is replaced or repaired under warranty, the warranty period for the replaced or repaired product will be the same as the remaining warranty period of the original product.
